Recycled D3O® RF foam and thick comfort foam inside a soft, flexible neoprene body — with silicone grip bands that lock the pad in place and soft-touch Velcro that secures without the scratch. Slim enough to disappear under any pants. Smart enough to take the hit when you don't see it coming.
Most knee pads make you choose between protection and wearability. You either strap on something that actually absorbs hits and spend the whole day fighting the bulk, or you wear something slim enough to forget about that does nothing when you slam. The Zero RF doesn't make you choose.
The body is built from soft, flexible neoprene — the same material used in wetsuits for its unique combination of stretch, structure, and thermal comfort. It conforms to the shape of your knee rather than imposing its own shape on you, moving naturally through every degree of flex without bunching, twisting, or riding up. Breathable enough for long sessions, durable enough to take a beating across a full season.
D3O® RF is a recycled non-Newtonian smart foam — it moves exactly the way your knee moves during normal riding, flexing through crouches, jumps, and edge catches without stiffening up or fighting back.
Layered underneath is thick comfort foam that cushions routine contact — the constant low-level knocks that build up across a full day of park laps or resort riding. Between the two materials, the Zero RF handles both ends of the impact spectrum: the sudden slams and the slow grind of all-day wear.
The elastic Velcro closure system is built to stay put. No rotating, no sliding, no reaching down mid-run to drag your pad back up your leg. It wraps the knee securely without pressure points or that circulation-cutting squeeze that makes you want to tear the whole thing off by midday.
